â–º All orders are fulfilled and/or shipped within 3 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS (not including weekends, public holidays, etc.), unless otherwise stated or indicated in our store and depending on the shipping service selected, any fulfillment delays indicated via customer notification, etc. If there will be considerable delay to the shipment of an order, we will work to notify the customer by phone or email.
â–º NOTICE - PREORDERS: All multi-item orders containing a "PREORDER" item will not be shipped until the preorder item comes back in stock for fulfillment. Please refer to the preorder item's store page for an expected arrival or initial fulfillment date. If this applies to your order and you wish to receive your non-preorder items sooner, or if you have any questions, please contact our Support Team HERE in order to arrange advance shipment of those items (additional shipping fees apply). Otherwise, please order in-stock and preorder items separately.
â–º NOTICE - IMPORT DUTY, TAXES, AND FEES: We now ship to Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Japan! All international customers automatically assume responsibility for payment of ANY and ALL import taxes, duty, and/or fees associated with their order. Furthermore, High Score! Tech Supply, KyleAwsm LLC, and any other affiliates or subsidiaries thereof are NOT liable to pay these or any related import fees.
â–º NOTICE - EQUIVALENT SHIPPING SERVICE AND ADDITIONAL FEES: If a customer's selected shipping service is not available for an order's specified or indicated delivery location, a shipping service of EQUIVALENT VALUE will be utilized for respective orders. If any other issues are encountered during the fulfillment process of a customer order, the customer will be contacted by phone or email to make additional handling arrangements and/or to invoice and pay additional applicable shipping fees, etc.
â–º All orders are tracked, insured, and shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS (expand to view)
â–º REFUND POLICY: Purchased items may be returned for a full or partial refund within 10 days of purchase - Restocking fees may apply (read below). Please contact us HERE to inquire about returning an item.
â–º FEES: Customers assume FULL responsibility for any return shipping costs and associated fees, PayPal refund fees, etc., unless otherwise directly stated. Additionally, customers may be responsible to pay a restocking fee (for applicable orders and merchandise) of up to 20% of the original price of an item, deducted from any refund payments tendered.
â–º CONSUMABLE PARTS: Returns of any consumable parts and/or items that have been previously modified, used, or installed by the customer or any associated party, which has resulted in moderate to considerable manipulation to, damage of, or wear on that item in any way (including the application of solder, adhesives, greases, solvents, and other materials), thus decreasing the value of the item and/or affecting the condition of the item to be less than the condition it was sold in, are NOT accepted and are strictly prohibited.
